The client remains fully clothed (shoes removed) and lies on a massage table during a private session.
A standard treatment consists of placing the hands lightly on the body or just above the body, moving from position to position intuitively. The average amount of time is 3-5 minutes per position. Sessions are usually 45-70 minutes but can last longer.
Clients often report a feeling of warmth and peacefulness during the treatment.
